Monthly Meetings

The board meets the 3rd Monday of each month at 6pm.

• May–September: meetings held at the pool
• October–April: meetings rotate to board members' residences

Annual Dues

• Payment deadline: January
• Late fees assessed after March 1st
• Annual statement arrives with the winter newsletter

Dues cover:

• Pool & recreational facility access
• Lifeguard services
• Pool utilities (water, phone, electricity, waste removal)
• Pool maintenance and seasonal repairs
• Playground equipment maintenance
• Grounds maintenance (mowing, irrigation, fertilization)
• Tree care

Pool Tags

• Distributed in spring with the summer newsletter
• Only sent to households current on dues
• Lost tag replacement fee: $50
