Pool Parties
Private parties are available for HOA members in good standing. Rental fees are based on the total number of guests (everyone inside the gate, not just swimmers) and include a $25 deposit:
- $135 — 1–25 guests
- $190 — 26–50 guests
- $245 — 51–75 guests
The lifeguard fee must be paid in cash or check at the start of the party. A few key rules:
- Book with the pool manager at least 2 weeks in advance.
- The member host must be present for the entire party.
- No alcohol in the pool area at any time.
- Parties are not held during the school year or during late-night swims.
